Prescription errors are one of the most common medical errors. Electronic drug prescription is very important feature to eliminate handwritten prescription and pharmacist errors. Electronic drug prescription also allows adding dosage frequency, dose size and any special instructions with the prescription.

The healthcare professional can add Primary Diagnosis and Secondary Diagnosis. The platform provides predefined diagnosis codes (ICD10/SNOMED-CT) to choose from dropdown menu or add custom diagnosis. In addition, professional can add clinical notes for each diagnosis/visit.

The healthcare professional can see the patient's complete history of every visit like vitals, allergy, diagnosis etc. This not only saves the time for the healthcare professional but also provides a better outcome to the patient. The history is arranged chronologically with a small snippet of diagnosis for easy access.

Patient's allergies can be added in system which will be available on patient's dashboard. The allergies can be classified as drug, food or environmental allergy and the corresponding reaction can be added as well. This will help avoid medication prescription errors.
